Our Projects
The Ultimate Hangout Space
A fully customized basement designed for entertaining.
This project was a complete transformation, featuring a custom-built bar with extended seating surrounding a built-in TV area. The existing drop ceiling was removed and replaced with sheetrock and recessed lighting to create a cleaner, more modern look.
Custom built-ins maximize functionality, while in-wall and in-ceiling speakers—including a hidden subwoofer—deliver a full surround sound experience. Handcrafted stair treads were designed to seamlessly match the new LVT flooring, tying the entire space together.
The Kitchen That Started with a Microwave
Funny enough, this whole project started with a simple conversation about replacing a microwave. The kitchen itself was in great shape, but our client was ready for a full refresh—so we went for it. We replaced the hardwood floors throughout the entire house and updated the main staircase to match, including new balusters. To open things up, we removed walls and created a bar area right off the kitchen entrance.
The space came together with all-new cabinetry and countertops, along with refreshed built-ins around the fireplace and a completely redesigned mantle. One of the coolest features? A custom, fully ventilated enclosure that hides the TV behind a two-way mirror until it’s turned on.
The Multi-Use Basement
We love a blank canvas, and this one didn’t disappoint. Our clients wanted more functional space—somewhere to work and a place for the kids to play—so we transformed the basement from the ground up. We added a new stairwell leading down to durable LVT flooring and carved out a dedicated office using two glass pocket doors for separation without losing light. A full bathroom with niche shelving makes the space even more livable, and beyond the main TV/game area, there’s an additional room for storage. We even built a “closet within a closet” under the stairs to maximize every inch. But the real standout? A walkout that opens up to over seven acres of backyard and farmland.
Built for the Way They Live
A full reconfiguration designed for flow and function.
An undefined open area was transformed into a purposeful, multi-use space. By relocating the laundry and removing outdated closets, we created room for expanded kitchen cabinetry and a larger island.
Walls were opened to improve flow, and the laundry area was fully redesigned. A new full bathroom—accessible from both the hallway and laundry room—adds convenience, especially with direct access to the pool area.
A custom mudroom with built-in lockers, designed to match the cabinetry, brings both organization and style to this hardworking space.
An Organized Basement Upgrade
A smart, organized upgrade designed for everyday living.
We replaced the drop ceiling with sheetrock and installed recessed lighting throughout to brighten and modernize the space. Custom shelving and cabinetry were built to improve storage and organization.
Additional features include new closets to conceal the fuse panel and store games, along with a custom step-up windowsill at the egress window. LVP flooring and matching stair treads complete the finished look.
